Thales Crawley Work Experience Programme

The Thales Crawley Work Experience programme, has now been running successfully for the last 2 years. In summary, it is a 4-day programme which is delivered by employees from across our Crawley site and is focused on Engineering.

This hands-on programme will see students working on real world problems with the support from our current Apprentices, giving an insight into the work we do at Thales and the breadth of engineering careers that we can offer. As well as working on a specific project, students will have the opportunity to engage with managers, take part in team-building activities, take a tour of our manufacturing site, inter-actively engage with several of our products that we produce for our customers, and gain more insight into Early Careers at Thales. The programme is aimed at students in Further Education, preferably studying STEM subjects at either A Level/BTEC or equivalent.
