We are pleased to inform you that we have upgraded our school communication app from ParentApps that will greatly improve the way that we communicate with our parents. Simply search 'ParentApps' in the App Store or Google Play and select & download 'ParentApps Connect'.
ParentApps Connect will continue to provide you with instant access to our calendar, event information, letters home, etc. It will also link directly to our website, Wisepay, Insight and Show My Homework. Additionally, with the new features of the system, it enables us to invite multiple family members to download the app, ensuring that the right people have access to important information regarding their child. We will use this information to send child specific information via direct and group messages, so you aren’t bombarded with messages for all year groups!
The app is fully secure and GDPR compliant and in order to access it you will need to be invited via email. Please look out for an email invitation from ParentApps with further instructions on downloading and accessing the app. You can also find a simple user guide below.
If you would like to reinstall the app (e.g. if you change your device) then you can do this as follows without requiring a new invite:
- Download the PA Connect App.
- Press Login and search for your school logo.
- Enter your email address and password.

WisePay makes payments and bookings even quicker for parents and students on the go! You can access your WisePay account on any Android or Apple mobile device. You can now checkout faster with their flexible payment options. Payment cards can be stored securely for repeat purchases, providing you with a (one click) seamless transaction on the go. To download the WisePay App search the app store for 'WisePay Limited / Ltd'. When downloading the app you will require a unique organisation code. This code is 48577569.
The Satchel:One app is an easy way for students to stay organised and parents to stay informed on the go. To download the app, just visit the Apple or Google Play Store and search for 'Satchel One' (previously SMHW). Once you have downloaded the app you will need to search for 'Hazelwick' or 'RH10 1SX'. Students log in by selecting 'Log in via Office 365' and entering their school email address and network password. Parents will be able to select 'Log in with email or username' if they have logged into their account before. If parents are logging in for the first time they will need a unique code, which they can request from the school or ask their child to log in and go to 'Account Settings', then select 'I've been given a PIN or Parent Code to get into my account'. The code can be used up to five times to create separate accounts for other parents/carers. Once logged in, parents will be prompted to select a student.
Insight Parent Portal
The Insight Parent Portal is a secure online system which allows parents/carers to access a range of data and information about their child. Once logged in, parents/carers will be able to view and amend their own contact details and their child’s medical details as well as view information such as their child's timetable, session attendance, behaviour points and school reports.
