Appointment of the Sixth Form Student Leadership Team
A number of students put themselves forward to be part of our Sixth Form Leadership Team and, after a rigorous selection process, I am delighted to inform you that we have selected eleven to form our team for 2023-24.
They are: Chaniaya Arscott who is currently studying A Levels in Chemistry, Psychology and Biology and planning to study Medicine next year; Ciaran Simpkin who is studying Politics, History and Geography and planning to study History and Politics at the University of Southampton; Emily Ferreira-Iodice who is currently studying Biology, Spanish and Chemistry and planning to study Pharmacy at University; Flynn Cowell who is currently studying English, Politics and Geography and planning to study Politics at University; Haniya Semani who is currently studying Chemistry, Maths and Spanish and planning to study Languages at the University of Oxford; Leanna Hughes who is currently studying Geography, Biology and Sociology and planning to study Social Anthropology at the University of Edinburgh; Lily-Mae Frost who is currently studying Geography, History and Spanish and planning to study History at the University of York; Matuleka Velmurugan who is currently studying Chemistry, Psychology and Biology and planning to study Biomedical science; Morgan Zacharias who is currently studying History, Geography and Politics and planning to study War Studies at Kings College London; Salma Al-Moussaoui who is currently studying Psychology, Biology and P.E and is planning to study Neuroscience at the University of Warwick; Zainab Badurdeen currently studies History, Politics and English Literature and is keen to study Law, Philosophy and Politics at Kings College London.
They are all determined to make this a very positive year. I am sure they will succeed in doing so.
