Are you a Year 12 student who wants to make a real difference in the world? Sustainable Urban Futures is a free, 5-day residential at Churchill College, University of Cambridge for high-achieving students at UK state schools who are interested in Sustainable Development. Taking place from 18–22 August 2025, this exciting programme is perfect if you're passionate about sustainability but not sure what subject to study at university. Explore a wide range of areas – from Architecture and STEM to Design, Humanities and Social Sciences – and see how they connect to creating a more sustainable future.

You’ll stay at Churchill College, meet current Cambridge students, and get stuck into hands-on activities, including working in a team to build a temporary eco home. Alongside practical workshops, you’ll attend taster lectures, learn about university life, and take part in a mini-conference.
