University Online Events - Supporting Curriculum & Progression - Autumn Programme

Based at Bedford School, Channel Talent would like to invite you and your students to our Autumn term programme of free interactive university online events.

The sessions are open to school/college groups as well as individual students and teachers, depending upon local and national circumstances. Subject to the content, some are in school time and some are after.

The sessions, each including either one or two universities, offer enrichment for curriculum themes and support for students considering progression to HE. They aim to be dynamic and participative, encouraging everyone to engage and shape the session but in a way that they are comfortable with.

'I loved the think tank, the way it was structured and set up was really lovely and super inclusive, awesome hosting and the speakers knew their stuff! Usually hate online meetings but this was really interesting and welcoming!' (Year 12 Student)

'I wanted to email and say thank you for all the amazing talks and links, our staff and students have been full of praise ..... I look forward to more amazing talks in September.' (School leader)

A small number of sessions will be recorded but the majority focus on the live, participatory nature of the event, which is where the feedback we receive suggests the greatest value.

Below is the current Autumn programme. Please do share these opportunities with colleagues and students who will be very welcome indeed. We will be adding further sessions and adding details to existing sessions as they are confirmed so please do register for more regular updates here: http://eepurl.com/duFY5H.
